| Tofa.af delivers gifts and gifts cannot be refunded at all once delivered. With a valid reason a Gift Receiver or a customer may exchange the gift within 8 working days from the date of receipt. Any products returned must be in their original packaging, and unused. Golden Gift Logistics T/A Tofa.af completely holds the right to evaluate the returned gifts and based on its own conclusions reject any returns even the above condition is met. Perishable gifts and edible gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded at all. Items that have been worn, ironed, steamed or washed will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Outfits that have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of iron marks or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. A refund will only be made if the gift cannot be procured or delivered at all. This will be extremely rare as we have a dedicated team on procurement who will update the website on a daily basis. All delivery areas are controlled by drop downs. We do not accept gifts to delivery areas that cannot be handled. For any exchange, Delivery Charges will not be funded. A minimum of 15% handling fee will be charged for all refunds and exchanges. Custom (ordered to your own specifications) are not exchangeable or refundable at all.
When you place an order for flowers, should you realize you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order within one hour of it being placed. We regret we are unable to do so after this time.
