How to Pay

You can conveniently pay for your gifts by 100% secure method by:

All Transactions are encrypted and secured through the latest technologies.

All payment transactions are performed outside of Afghanistan.

Tofa.af staff or any other individual, companies or government agencies have absolutely NO ACCESS to your valuable credit card information.

 

Tofa.af is a partner of CCNOW (www.ccnow.com) for online shopping cart and merchant services.   Tofa.af accepts all Major Credits and Paypal.    

Please follow these steps in paying for your gifts:

1. Sign on to Tofa.af with your user id and password.   If you have not yet registered, please do so by selecting “Register” under the top banner
2. Select your gift by clicking on “Add to Cart” which is a Green button
3. Select your Gift Receiver from your own exclusive list of Gift Receivers.   If you would like to add a new Gift Receiver, please add from the “Select Gift Receiver” screen. 
4. Please note that you can only send any number of gifts to ONE receiver at a time
5. After adding your gift Receiver, click on “Go to Checkout”.  Tofa.af will take you now to the CCNOW shopping cart page.  
6. At the top of the CCNOW Screen select your Currency.   The default is USD $.
7. At the CCNOW payment page, please check your order once again to be sure you agree with the quantities and other relevant information.
8. Select the “Ship To” option for Afghanistan which should be the only allowed option for the destination of your gifts.
9. After you select Afghanistan, you will see the “Personal Delivery Charge” added to your order.   This charge is to cover the minimal cost of hand delivering your order to the location of your Gift Receiver.   This charge also includes a short video clip of the delivery and scanned copies of receipts which will be sent to you.
10. Click on “Checkout”
11. On the next screen, add the Shipping Address of your Gift Receiver Once again. The NAME field requires you enter a First Name and a Last Name followed by a Comma.   Tofa realizes that you had already entered this information before but due to the specific requirement of CCNOW we are required to request for this information once again.  We hope to fix this issue in the future.
12. Now you can enter a Personal Message to your Gift Receiver or you can give Tofa.af Special Instructions.   In the area called Special Instructions, type in your message.   Please remember that Tofa.af will only deliver messages that meet normal and common sense use of language.   At its sole discretion, Tofa.af management will not deliver any messages that may contradict societal standards for good behavior.
13. In the “Billing Email Address” please enter YOUR OWN EMAIL address.
14. In the “Re-Enter Email Address” please enter YOUR OWN EMAIL address.
15. Add your Billing Address.  Please be precise with this address.   This is exactly the address where your credit card sends your invoices.   This information is required for credit card validation in CCNOW.
16. In the Payment Method section of the screen, select either Credit Card or Paypal
17. Enter “Continue” at the bottom of the page
18. In the next screen, enter your Credit Card information – please do not forget to enter your correct Expiration Date.   Please enter your Card Security code which is found on the back of your credit card.
19. Enter “Purchase”
20. CCNOW will process your credit card
21. CCNOW will confirm that charges were made to your credit card with the message: Thank you for placing an order at CCNow
22. Charges will appear on credit card invoice under the name:   DRI*CCNOW.COM*TOFA.AF
